Well, because Im new in here let the introduce begin. names dimaz pranata. my full name is Dimaz Pranata Rizaldi. I was born in jakarta 24 july 1997 but i grew up in batam island. its a small island near to singapore. only take about 45 minutes between singapore and batam. living in an island like batam is very different with jakarta. the population of people in there is less. so we dont have to worry about trafficjam.
My family moved to batam when i was 7. at the first time in there, its very surprising that the place is small. we can go to the mall only about 15- 30 minutes. i begin to like my new place and try to adapt with the new things in there. but as you know, i was so little back there, so theres less to worry when we move there.
The other differences between living in an island like batam and a city like jakarta is the society. well, in here people is less of sympathy. maybe not in every place but i got the school thats less of sympathy. i dont know what make it like that, in my conclusion is the society in here is hard. you have to be strong in mental and physical to be in there.
10 years in Batam, i was about to get college. its sad because i have to leave batam and went to bandung for my new place to learn and live. now i am here in telkom university as Business administration major student. now everything is different, i have to do everything myself from living,study, doing stuff and etc. Back there i was hoping growing up is a fun thing for me. we can do and control things by ourself but all that expectation is different. live is hard. we just have to live with it.
